Soon as it releases, i'm booking some days off work :D
It wasn't Until Rimworld came out that things started clicking for me, but still I never gave DF another try it just seemed very daunting.
When I saw the announcement I was adamant about avoiding playing the free version till the steam release, I want it to be as fresh an experience as possible.
I'm really hoping that it's somewhat more accessible than the original version...
I mean, I'm not a complete idiot, I enjoy Rimworld just as much as the next guy, but I just can't break through the barrier-of-entry that vanilla Dwarf Fortress puts in front of new players.
but this game like the father of colony sims does anyone know how close he is to getting it released
