We had a small (but important) bugfix release at the end of January, and for many current players the graphical version includes many new features, but from a new player/outside view, it's probably safe to categorize it as a "feature freeze." There are some elements of fort mode military control and sieges that may get wrapped up into the initial release or soon after, though, and it's going to be hard for him to resist adding and fixing small things as he goes through putting together the new UI. As an example, currently a barrel is a barrel, empty, full of wine, full of fish, whatever, but we were told just yesterday that the tops of barrels will now reflect their content, which is a big deal in play, as is the recently shown ability to designate large areas of bedrooms with a click and drag.
