It's greyed out and not accessible in the main menu.....

The game is still in early access. As far as I know there's still one faction missing (at least, when compared to the factions present in the Legion-War-Mobile-Game) and the campaign, as you said.

Thanks for confirming; wanted to make sure it wasn't removed only in my copy ha ha
