Vile Ritual Location

I'm super confused. I beat the king, but can't find this item. I see this in walkthough's in the throne room on the bench under the portrait. It isn't there for me though. Is this a glitch? Any idea what to do?
Or was it moved, have no idea where though.

Anyone using older guides, it's been moved. Confirmed by a Dev, go searching :D
It's in the water area somewhere if you want a hint. In the discord you can see a screenshot of the actual location.
