Someone please tell me about the alternate ending

Just tell me what the alternate ending is about, at this point I don't feel like continuing to play through the game after beating the last boss just to get it. As always, anyone who hasn't yet played the game or is still playing it be advised for spoilers. Thanks.

If you talking about Blue/Green he is not really the final boss, the credit screen is a joke basically.

Yes I already beat that boss. The game continues afterwards so I assume you have to explore to get the "real" ending. But to be honest I'm not sure what more I can still do. Any help would be appreciated.

So I got the "heart" ability and revived three of the bosses that you get memories from. Now I'm stuck and not sure how to progress from here. Please help. Thank you.

The first step is to revive Green at his cryo cell and he will give you 3 quests. Then you have to solve 3 puzzles and return to the white area. Are you having trouble with a specific area or you have not revived green yet?

I revived Green and the three npcs, but the dialogue is cyptic to me so I have no idea what they want me to do. Who is Marty?, something about God and anchors and finally something regarding a chess move. Please help, I appreciate the patience.
