Congrats for doing a nice game. I found two things you should look at to improve it. First: The seeker enemy ship. Imposible to fully avoid and very hard to kill (too fast). It's almost an instant death after you lose your shield, only luck can save you (when it appears at the front of your firing angle). Second: When you "level up" and you are at the bottom you almost always get the upgrades accidentally, because they appear below you. Why not make the upgrades appear at the top when you are at the bott...

The game keeps telling me "bomber ship unlocked" but at game start there is no new ship to choose.

Start game and the noise my PC makes - it would take off. Win 10 Intel i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz RTX 2080 Why? Doesn't Unity like these specs? No other game yet makes this racket.
