"I Come in Peace" Achievement: Slap Bosses After Death? [SOLVED?]
"I Come in Peace
Slap every alien creature at least once. I suppose that counts as "first contact"."

In a co-op game, we just went through all 37 creatures and slapped them. Neither of us got the Achievement. Unfortunately, we didn't slap the bosses until they were dead. Isn't that adequate?

I think you have to slap them when they're alive :s
Apparently, a kick is not a slap. We were just tapping the default "E" key to slap. But, for the small things, it looks like that's converted to a kick. I think it was one of the Burglesnatches that was the problem. I HELD the "E" key to power slap and on one of those, I got the Achievement. So, it looks like slapping dead bosses does work (I'm almost positive I didn't slap Teratomo while he was alive).

In some cases you straight up cannot slap bosses while they are alive. Teratomo I believe is one example of that. If memory serves he is on an acid pool out of melee range.
