It's taken me 50 hours to finish a playthrough, over the course of a couple of years (just finished today lol). I'm not complaining though it's been fun throughout, though I guess you could point to some bits as being padding.

20 hours in, act 4 (The marsh) and yeah... it's getting long and I'm starting to think about stopping it. I don't know how long until the end, but I would like it to end soon.

after the marsh you enter the final area and it's relatively short, especially if you ignore optional combat encounters
