Any downside to ignoring the missing dwarves quest? (Makaham spoilers)
Cuz I don't wanna lose Rayla or Isbel, they're both pretty useful...

I don't think there is any kind of choice and consequence in this game aside from missing out on a chest or some gold, which may only be of some importance for achevements and such.

well, that's why I'm asking, I'm trying to get all achievements on my run and am wondering if leaving that quest locks me out of anything...

I don't believe there are any real consequences beyond perhaps losing out on some money or something; it won't affect any achievements. It sounds like you may have already read it but there is a choices and consequences guide here on steam that's quite thorough and after the first time I played the game I always use it to decide what to do when I play again. But I do as you were suggesting and I skipped the quest so I can keep both.

Yeah, I'm using the guide a bit. I ended up skipping the quest and kept both characters (I let Eyck leave tho, cuz seriously, he's one annoying ♥♥♥♥ lol)...
