Can't progress in Aedirn
I'm stuck on a Nekker fight that's blocking progress. Seriously what the fudge. They have like 3 times more cards than I do. And of course my army is garbage after the story event, much worse than in act 1! The only way I even come within 20 points of winning is with a perfect draw from my deck 2 pitfall traps 2 bombers and alot of the slingers. I don't have a lot of resources to just rebuild the army I had (which would have wiped this deck)

Use the bombers right from the start - they have a huge probability of reducing the power of the nekkers by 2 each turn by using the fire. By the end of a few turns, you would have sufficiently lowered the power of the neckers (or annihilated a few, their power is not that high anyway).

Since you are low on resources and have so many slingers in your deck, make sure you draw Gascon before you start the round. Use the slingers to move the neckers or whatever monster up and down the rows. Gascon's strength increases with every movement of either ally or enemy.

I love using Lyrian Arbalests since they are really useful to attack enemies with high power by placing them on ally rows with many units, so if you have some meagre resources, craft them. Or, you can craft Wagenburg, since they can attack an entire row by the amount of armour they have (especially since your main issue is with the neckers)

Don't forget you also have tons of the loyal Lyrian cards. They may have low power, but using Meve's Leader ability always triggers to increase all their power by 5 each time. They can help you to maintain your score stability.

Lastly, trinkets like Lyrian Horn are especially useful when you are down to your last card. Use Lyrian horn increase all your units' power by 2, and reduce all the enemies' power by 2 at the end. Using this at my last turn usually helps me to win, even if it's by an extremely small margin.

Good luck! :gwent_dealwithit:
