Cannot open Game

After I install game, I double click to open it but nothing happen, just a window appear and then close immediately. Anyone can tell me what happened?

I can't open the game either. the launcher just crashes when I press Play on steam

at least I get an opening/loading screen then all goes black

hi, i have the same issue. A popup appears with the shield picture with a "!" in red but close in a blink of an eye. I tried to check the properties and check the files, steam said it's ok, but nothing change.
Someone succeed to correct that ?

Disabling "Citrix Virtual Bus Enumerator" did the trick for me.

I disabled all citrix, but not working.

Did someone has some feedback about this? What if we unsintall the game, then install it again ? could we take back our savegard games?

happens to me, too. i get to watch the intro at least, then black screen until i close the game. any ideas so far?

Yep happening here too, shuts down as soon as loading box shows up with the game icon and Unity engine icon

soo.. that still keeps happening once in a while, but since i verified the integrity of the local game files it works most of the time. i have no idea what that is, though, that that black screen still pops up sometimes

Thank you all ! My problem was caused by Citrix, not sure if it's the same reason as yours

Try to uninstall your Citrix, I install that in my computer, it blocks me to play

I'm getting the same thing. Tried verifying local files but no joy. I too have Citrix installed but not running. Citrix Indirect Display Adapter still shows under display adaptors however, and disabling it doesn't work.

No fix other than uninstalling Citrix every time you want to play?
