I don't really care about the game too much but I loved the story in all three The Witcher games.
Just curiouse if this game's story is connected to CDPR's Witcher series or if it's its own stand alone thing. Anyone can confirm if this takes place after or during any of The Witcher games?

This takes place during the novels, specifically during the events of Time of Contempt and Baptism of Fire.

Though this doesn't connect strictly with the main storyline from the games, it does elaborate on Nilfgaard's invasion of the northern kingdoms.

Does this game include only story mode? When you finish the story it's over? How is the replayability?

It is story driven, yes (multiplayer Gwent game is GoG exclusive). When you finish the story, it is over. you can replay chapters, but I'm not sure if you pick older chapter, if that lets you go back to newer chapter after that, or if the game overwrites that stuff. There is decissions to be made, just like in any Witcher game, but I can't tell how much they affect the game in the end.
