Kolchak Harbor Meowing

Yo, go to Kolchak harbor, and get on the roof of that building with the sekoil letters on top thats in the same small harbor as the container stacks Nizhlev is hiding in.

I swear I hear meowing but I can't find a source anywhere.
It's driving me crazy I need to get to the bottom of this.

A radio plays in the building along the wall in the harbor that mentions some kind of zombie outbreak but I'm pretty sure thats just an easter egg, and I don't think the cat noises come from in there.

It's just map ambiance. There are many types of birds whose calls sound almost exactly like a cat meowing.

Maybe, but the prescence of the zombie radio easter egg is odd.
I'll have to see if the same ambiance is audible on other parts of the map.
