SGW3 is open world, which adds to the size of the game - this one, each level is it's own sandbox, so it gives you plenty of room to play as you choose. It's kinda like Sniper Elite 3s setup.
Still, I wish there were one or two more, it felt a bit short in the end.
If you cranked down the difficulty and just ran in with a good secondary, you'd power through it with ease. But, don't do that. I unlocked everything in a little under 70.
Real talk? Crank the difficulty. It's not hard, but it can be unforgiving. It makes it a lot of fun.
