The simplest way is the jump on the top of the catwalk, (use the roof of the nearby building), and jump to the ridge. You may need to bunny-hop a couple times to get to the flat part.
That puts you above the snipers and Team Alpha if you haven't executed the bounty yet.
I do like to find a challenge in Bektov tho, the initial insertion point where you're warned not to take them on as there are too many is fun especially on deadeye
littlenudges,
Here is a thread about the dealing with Team Alpha that cover getting on the ridge.

I previously killed team alpha by littering their path to me with mines before looting the body at the top of the central structure, took a couple of goes but was fun!
but cant climb any higher
??
You can see the opening with the blue trap.
strangely the bounty was in the hidden valley again not team alpha, so after taking out all hostiles and looting the bounty again, team alpha appeared and that was that!
will try again tho as i like the idea of dealing with team alpha from the high vantage point.
If you kill the bounty but don't loot him, you can carry him to the cave/tunnel on the south end of the mining complex and drop him in front of the ledges you need to climb to exit the tunnel. You can then loot him and jump up the ledges and circle around the ridge back to the area with the catwalks. When you get onto the ridge, most of the Team Alpha are on the top of the mine derrick, (I called them gantries, but derrick is probably more correct.) Team Alpha are fish in a barrel:)
BTW, you can follow the ridge all the way to the area of the initial map spawn. You can get behind the sniper in the ridge that is on your left when you first spawn.
If you climb the ridge in the other direction, you can get onto/behind the buildings on the hill, but if you jump too far down, you'll need to exit or reload to get out.
There is another "out of bounds" area is in the Sibirskaya-7 Junction railyard. In the southwest end of the yard, are 2 signal bridges. If you climb onto the railing of the balcony, you can jump onto the bridges and drop into the fenced area. Then you can go around the back of the buildings and reach the stone ridge on the other end of the rail yard. You can drop into the fenced in section between the outside fence and the offices with Alikhanow. Unfortunately, you can't get out without reloading.
Its no fun when you carry the body all the way to the tunnel exit, check the ammo cache turn around and find the body has vanished lol the loot icon was all the way back atop the central structure except no body to be found!
Oh well Sibirskaya-7 sounds good i'll check that out next
(Correction: These aren't signal bridges, they are electric gantries. Same structure, different purpose.)

(You'll take some damage, but should be able to recover.)

Note: you can get into the fenced-in section of the yard, (by the tower), crawling through a gap in the fence or by the stone ridge, but you can't get back out. (If you can, you're a better Ghost Warrior than I am:))
