The "fullscreen" doesn't work

Dear Developers and Community,

Thank you for the magnificent project!

May I ask why would the game don't stretch the screen when "fullscreen" is enabled in game options?
The display resolution is: 3840x2160
The game options resolution: 2560x1440

Also, pressing "Alt+Enter" didn't help.

Go to your game folder, right click launch icon, select properties, then compatibility, select change high DPI settings, then select override high DPI scaling behaviour, restart the game and select full screen.

The above advice did not work for me, after fiddling with the compatibility settings. I did "Disable full screen optimizations" in the compatibility settings, that worked. For me also desktop resolution is 4k and game resolution i want is 2k, with full screen.
