How to open SPECIAL AMMO II slot?

I can buy one special magazine, does it mean I can have just one special ammo type - either AP or EMP or other? Is it possible to have 2 ammo types - one regular (heavy) and 2 special types?
I don't see to unlock the 3rd slot.

u have to buy a specific skill to unlock the 2nd special ammo slot

The skill unlocks 1x Special ammo and the special magazine unlocks the 2nd Special ammo slot!

So you can use Normal, AP and Explosive (for example) in mission!

Thank you. A combination, I see...))) Tricky...))) And is there a way to use extended standard ammo magazine, 10 AP and 10 EMP rounds? I am using SV-AMUR. When I chose 3 ammo types I forced to small magazine and can never get 10 special rounds.

Extanded mag only 2 ammo typs (for this variation you need the skill), but i did´nt know if you will get extra bullets for both typs or only for the standard ammo!

depends on the weapons. The soris t50's special mag has 10rounds
