I've beat this game and I still have no idea about some achievements. I can't find ANY guide to get 100% achievement！

Is this game only can play with controller?

I'm using a PS4 controller. The controller configuration is shown correctly, but it is not working. I press X on the controller, which is mapped to "A" but nothing happens. What can I do?
