Any similar games to recommend?

I played this years ago, but look fondly back to it. Steam suggestions are just really bad at recommending something similar.
I wouldn't mind something, where there is also some combat(having played games like Hollow Knight and Nine Sols) or maybe more farming(but not like Stardew Valley, I had enough of grinding vegetables for a while)
So, any suggestions?

Going with the spirit theme, there’s Spirittea, which came out earlier this year. It has a good story and some great mini-games:

Before the Green Moon is an odd little game that came to mind when perusing my library for games that might scratch the Spiritfarer itch:

Wylde Flowers might be something you’d enjoy. There’s some farming, but not to the same degree you experienced with SDV. I will say that I could only play Wylde Flowers using wemod (free account -- you only need an email address) so that I could gift myself a particular resource that, for reasons I still do not understand, the devs made a gate-keeper and which has a stunningly low spawn rate. That one little issue aside, however, the game is pretty much perfect:

The Flame and the Flood is, like Spiritfarer, one of those games I wish I could play for the first time all over again. It’s punishing but oh so rewarding:

I should add Strange Horticulture to the list of games I wish I could play for the first time again. There’s no farming and no combat, but if you enjoyed Spiritfarer I think you’d probably enjoy it as well:

You mentioned Hollow Knight, so you’re probably familiar with Wuppo, but just in case, it’s a fun game that’s surprisingly deep (and long):

Sadly, We can't play Spec Ops: The Line and Silent Hill 2 are in the list. so If you curious, crack that.

If you like themes of death and helping characters go to a "better place", then i recommend Cosy Grove

I would suggest sea of star. It has fishing mini game, its friendship heavy w a ton of traveling. Its not this cozy, where you have a moving house tho. Theres some story and feels, turn based battle, but its pretty casual, normal mode is ok difficulty and theres lots of ways to make it easier.

I'd suggest Epistory-typing chronicles (the story is basically just vibes), Bastion has actually pretty decent story. It's roguelite with base building.

I did not like Bastion myself, but i have epistory, have not played it yet though.
