stuck on the initial loading screen

Hi,
When I start the game, I get the screen with the ThunderLotus logo and blinking dots which seem to indicate the game is loading. However, it never goes past this screen. Reinstalling the game didn't help.

Hello! Can you please try the following:

A) Change drivers for something else than GRD/update GPU drivers/uninstall and re-install the game.(457.30 worked) Please see this link for more info: https://steamcommunity.com/app/972660/discussions/0/3001047413714330788/

B) Could you tell me if you have a Nvidia 20xx GP? If it's the case this workaround could help: "Seems there's a common occurrence of crashing at startup with 20xx series GPUs, the fix seemed to be disabling VSync in NVIDIA Control panel settings.

C) Force the game to run with Direct3D 12. To do that add: -force-d3d12 as a launch option.

If these don't work, you may have a corrupted save file and need to delete it in order to fix the issue. Please let us know if you have any questions!
