Controller?

I have a 360 controller attached, my default preference is for the Xbox controller on all games. The initial dialogue box shows that Joystick is there for Inputs. It doesn't work though. With the 360 controller attached, I press Escape, use the mouse to go to Control Scheme and see Keyboard / Custom / PS4 options Okay, unplug the 360 controller and plug in a PS4 Dualshock. The game sound goes off. Quit game, restart and the controller still does not work. Remove the Dualshock, put 360 back in, quit. For...
