Not anytime soon. There's no localization announced, and Spike Chunsoft will likely prioritize Steins;Gate Darling and Robotics;Notes before approaching non-Steins;Gate spin-offs.

I mean, if we look at Spike's SciADV schedule, it went and goes like that, if we don't count the previously-PQube ports: S;G Elite =-> Phenogram -> My Darling's Embrace (leaked in case you don't know, and already rated, so they'll probably surprise-release it before the year ends imo) -> Robotics;Notes Elite -> Robotics;Notes DaSH. Let's be honest, nobody expected both R;Ns AND Darling that fast but it brings something to light. Spike Chunsoft kinda wants to stick to the Japanese release order -if we forget C;H because they probably just can't license it-, which is coincidentally, the recommended read-order. C;CLCC would fall between R;NE and DaSH in that order. While nothing is pointing at it as we talk, it could happen. I think a big flag would also be a C;C Dual Japanese Switch port, but that's even more obscure as of right now. Know that untranslated Light Novels and the Mio mangas+CDs bring as much as LCC tho, if not even more, to C;C.
