Can't load my save file

I was playing as usual and due to a power surge, my PC turned off. I turned the game back on after to see that my save file is now unable to load. I'm guessing my file got corrupted, so is there anyway to fix this or am I screwed?

Yeah same with me, I was in shock when i saw i had 0 spatulas.

Generally, if you lose power while a game is saving or loading, it will corrupt your save file beyond repair. This goes for most games and is in fact the reason why every auto-saving game comes with a "please don't switch off your console while this icon is shown" message. So yeah, I'm afraid your save file is just broken.
