Unable to launch on steam deck!

Game is advertised as being partially supported on steam deck, but when I launch I get a black screen and it goes no further.
Any ideas on a fix?

Figured it out, needed to target proton version 6.3-8.
All is working with that.

Yeah, after the 3.3 system update the game sits on a black screen when you boot it for about 15 seconds but plays fine after.

I actually found that outside of proton 6.3-8 the game does not work properly, for instance you don't see the intro videos/cut scenes for THQ and and other companies during game boot. Even the bubble load screen does not render properly unless using proton 6.3-8, which is the only version that works properly. I tested all the versions.
