End of the Road Golden Spatula Glitch

I have all of the steering wheels yet the dialogue to get the spatula from Mrs. Puff does not trigger, only the dialogue after getting the spatula. Therefore, I don't get that spatula, anyone else have this issue?

For me no, but if you want all spatulas achievement start a new save and collect some spatulas until you get achievement.

On my first playthrough it worked perfectly, but this is on my second playthrough. I was recommended to collect other Puff collectibles and then come back to that one. I'll see if that works.
