Report a translation problem
Edit: the game page says it supports cloud saving, but the 0 byte is a concern. It seems like it is not working.
Can anyone else check the game properties about it's cloud save usage please?

In general, if you want to back up your saved games you always need to also back up your User Profile that you find on your C: drive. Most games store their data there, rather than in the respective game folder.
Copy the files Slot1.sav and UserSettings.sav over to your new folders.
In the future, always consult the PC Gaming Wiki for the location of save data for games:

As you can see, unfortunately, you can't always rely on cloud saves either.
