Bug tracking and reporting.

Hey guys.

In case you come across any bugs please make sure you test the following first -
Verify files on steam.
Update GPU and Windows drivers.
Restart steam.
Restart your computer.

Press the little + in the corner and you can file a report, also please make sure you post in German or English as that is the two only languages where we can provide full support.

Please include a DxDiag (See below for how to do so)

If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
Click "Start".
Click "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and click Ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click "Save all information".
A "Save As" window should open.
Click "Save". (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Also please include your save game files
Save game files are located -
\AppData\Local\Pineapple\Saved\SaveGames

You will find files by the name (If you have more files than just 1-2-3 then attach them as well)
Slot1.sav
Slot2.sav
Slot3.sav
Usersettings.sav

Attach all of them to the Redmine report so we can take an even deeper look.

and as much information as possible such as
How did the bug happen?
What did you do when the bug happened?
What do we have to do to reproduce the bug?

I'm not quite sure if i was doing it right ,but i have been pressing the "+" icon after going to the site to fill out a report tho nothing seems to happen. After testing to see if any of the above things to fix the issue it still is there. I am having a water texture issue in Jellyfish fields. waterfall show up fine, but that actual water shows up a glowing white texture. It only seems to be doing this in jellyfish fields. tho some water areas dont have it and appear a murky gray (goo lagoon and the cave in jellyfish fields) not sure if that is the original color or texture that was intended for the game. I remember it being more blue in the older game.

Achievement Glitched When getting the "Sock Opera" Achievement

I have the 100% BFBB:R Achievement but not the sock one even though its impossible to get the 100% Achievement without doing so.

In some areas, certain lines are repeated constantly that are clearly meant to be said only once, such as "This is where I keep all my old comic books" in Spongebob's library or "I didn't know Squidward had a lamp" in Squidward's house.

I can't find anyone else reporting this issue, but the game won't actually go fullscreen for me - I have a 2560x1440p monitor and it seems like the game will lock into a windowed mode in the top left corner of my screen. This can be fixed with Borderless Windowed Gaming, but I have to constantly reset it every single time I die or go through a loading screen in the game.

Camera setting reset everytime i change characters. I play inverted so everytime i switch to a different character, which is often, i have to go into the settings, turn inverted off, then turn it back on, then repeat everytime i switch characters.

Really hope there are plans to fix this bug

Is there a bug that makes it so the game doesn't recognize 1 sock and 1 spatula? Game says I have 79 socks out of 80 and 99 spatulas out of 100, but I got them all and can't get the 100 percent trophy.

If you lose all your health and land near an underwear pickup; it will show the picked up underwear in the first bar before the level restarts. (Able to pick up underwear after dying).
