Hey guys.

In case you come across any bugs please make sure you test the following first -
Verify files on steam.
Update GPU and Windows drivers.
Restart steam.
Restart your computer.

Press the little + in the corner and you can file a report, also please make sure you post in German or English as that is the two only languages where we can provide full support.

Please include a DxDiag (See below for how to do so)

If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
Click "Start".
Click "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and click Ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click "Save all information".
A "Save As" window should open.
Click "Save". (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Also please include your save game files
Save game files are located -
\AppData\Local\Pineapple\Saved\SaveGames

You will find files by the name (If you have more files than just 1-2-3 then attach them as well)
Slot1.sav
Slot2.sav
Slot3.sav
Usersettings.sav

Attach all of them to the Redmine report so we can take an even deeper look.

and as much information as possible such as
How did the bug happen?
What did you do when the bug happened?
What do we have to do to reproduce the bug?

I've gotten the Steam achievement for collecting all 80 socks. But one glitched in Bikini Bottom. I went through and collected all 8, but one of them didn't register. Any way to fix that? Or do I have to start over? :(

I've got the problem where the game starts with the audio and visual settings all on their lowest setting, and it's not possible to click on the bar to increase the gamma. The audio settings increased when I selected "return to default settings," but nothing changed. Then the game crashed about a minute later. Is there a way to fix this?

I just got to 99% complete and raised a support ticket for this issue. Given this comment Is 2 years old is there a fix now?

I figured out how to fix this, right click the game, go to properties, open local files, then right click the exe and go to compatibility. Check High DPI scaling override Application, then the game will load in the correct resolution.

OK so I got rumble working, you have to remove the custom steam Xbox Elite Controller Driver from Big Picture mode.

Can't get past the 'Results' screen when doing Multiplayer w/ a friend

I've got a bug where the game didn't register that I got the last golden spatula at Rock Bottom. I reached the bottom of the track and the golden spatula just as the time ran out.

The spatula is greyed out in menu. If i talk to Mr. Krab he says "good job" and if I try to redo the event no spatula appears. Weird bug - I wanted to get all the spatulas but I guess I have to give up on that in my playthrough.

The left mouse button for one of the bubble attack is no working properly. All the other atacks are working just fine, but this one for the left mouse button not really. Somethimes I have to press this button for multiple times until spogebob does something. Not good if I have enemies arround me. Beco#ause of this small bug I cannot get the sock in spongebobs house, becouse this attac also does not work if I use the jump button.

The lipsync issue is still present? The audio is like seconds before when the character actually says something.

Also, not sure if intended but the underwear damage demonstration at the start of the game as you read the sign actually kills you.
