Bug tracking and reporting.

Hey guys.

In case you come across any bugs please make sure you test the following first -
Verify files on steam.
Update GPU and Windows drivers.
Restart steam.
Restart your computer.

Press the little + in the corner and you can file a report, also please make sure you post in German or English as that is the two only languages where we can provide full support.

Please include a DxDiag (See below for how to do so)

If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
Click "Start".
Click "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and click Ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click "Save all information".
A "Save As" window should open.
Click "Save". (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Also please include your save game files
Save game files are located -
\AppData\Local\Pineapple\Saved\SaveGames

You will find files by the name (If you have more files than just 1-2-3 then attach them as well)
Slot1.sav
Slot2.sav
Slot3.sav
Usersettings.sav

Attach all of them to the Redmine report so we can take an even deeper look.

and as much information as possible such as
How did the bug happen?
What did you do when the bug happened?
What do we have to do to reproduce the bug?

I 100% the game, but 4 of my achievements will not appear: The achievement for finding all 80 socks, the achievement for collecting all 100 Spatulas, the achievement for 100% the game, and the secret achievement at the very end. Will report back if anything changes.

Same problem here, I'm still missing two spatulas from Mr. Krabs, but I should already have the socks achievement (it says I've got 77/80) and I noticed the spatula achivement says something like 95/100 when I should have at the moment 98... Hope we get a quick fix, I don't plan to re play everything till 100% just for the achivements (specially the pesky levels like the one with the ball at the mermalair).

I just 100% completed the game. It says I have 100 Golden Spatulas on my save file, but in-game I'm stuck at 99, and I haven't been able to unlock any of the 100% achievements or the secret ending. Hope this is fixable.

Same Bug here, seems to happen quite often :o

Was doing the Spatula mission in Rock Bottom 'Slip Slidin Away'...I guess I missed the spatula at the last moment before the timer ran out, so I didn't get it, but Mr Krabs said I did...so the spatula won't show up anymore, even though it's still grayed out in my level book, and not counting towards my total spatulas. I've tried exiting the level and coming back, as well as restarting my game, none of this worked.

I collected all 80 socks but didn't get the achievement. it says iv'e only collected 79/80

I got all 80 socks and all 100 spatulas but it still it says I have 99 spatulas in game and on steam it says I have 98

The animations for the Chuck, tartar, and bad breath robots (from beginning of Downtown) have 30fps animations while the other bots have normal 60fps, not sure if this is intentional or an oversight

In the multiplayer mode, after the first set of results appear, they seemed to be stuck on the screen while both of us were still able to move.
It might have to do with one of us pausing during the screen or something, but I can't tell much else. Nothing we did made it go away.

Also having this issue, tried with remote play and online with randoms, always gets stuck on the same spot

I officially 100%ed the game and I didn't get the final two achievements (for collecting all Spatulas and Socks, and 100% the game)

Also none of the bosses appear after you beat them

I play with inverted camera and every time I change character it resets

I'm also missing a spatula from my total count. It's the "Goo tanker ahoy" in flying dutchmans graveyard. Just collected it as the last one in that level and the last one total aside of Mr. Krabs and Patrick spatulas, but it's still greyed out in the menu, as if I didnt get it.

In Kelp Forest, my power crystal number reset and I cannot get the spatula nor recollect crystals I had before. I re-entered the level and I have 0/6 power crystals and all my platforms I opened up are still completed.

I didn't found any mini patch for the fatal error problem, I already restart my steam and doesn't show any mini patch that can be downloaded
