Bug tracking and reporting.

Hey guys.

In case you come across any bugs please make sure you test the following first -
Verify files on steam.
Update GPU and Windows drivers.
Restart steam.
Restart your computer.

Press the little + in the corner and you can file a report, also please make sure you post in German or English as that is the two only languages where we can provide full support.

Please include a DxDiag (See below for how to do so)

If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
Click "Start".
Click "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and click Ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click "Save all information".
A "Save As" window should open.
Click "Save". (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Also please include your save game files
Save game files are located -
\AppData\Local\Pineapple\Saved\SaveGames

You will find files by the name (If you have more files than just 1-2-3 then attach them as well)
Slot1.sav
Slot2.sav
Slot3.sav
Usersettings.sav

Attach all of them to the Redmine report so we can take an even deeper look.

How did the bug happen?
What did you do when the bug happened?
What do we have to do to reproduce the bug?

In rock bottom I missed the "Slip Sliding Away" spatula by one second at the end of the side (It despawned just as I touched it), now the game thinks I completed it and the spatula will not spawn at the end of the slide no matter what I do. It even appears as missing in my menu when I look at the spatulas I obtained, nor has my spatula count increased. Yet it doesn't show up at all when I hit the button to start it.

alright what the ♥♥♥♥ is up with the slide speed. Larry's time challenge is extremely hard because you slow down once you reach the tunnel, and mermaid man time challenge is almost impossible because you go even faster than the original counterpart, making the turns almost impossible, either you go so fast that you can't turn or the turns carry the speed making you unable to turn again, and jump turns also carry the momentum..

I just 100% the game but i'm missing 3 achievements that I should have,
I'm missing:
-Sock Opera (stuck at 70/80)
-100% Spongebob (reads 100/100 but no achievement)
-Super Ultra Mega Spatula Seeker (reads 95/100)
Any info for this or will i have to play through the game again to get them?

Patrick's sock from the bowling minigame in Jellyfish Fields does not appear at all when you bowl down all of the pins.

I have a game breaking bug where two golden spatulas are permanently bugged and I cannot get them. Slip Sliding Away (Rock Bottom) is marked as being gray and Mr. Krabs is talking to me as if I have obtained it. and the golden Spatula ontop of Squidwards house in the spongebob dream level is marked as a question mark despite me having an achievement for 100% completion of the area and is not counted towards my total.

Dunno if this was already addressed but the last spatula for dutchman's graveyard is unobtainable if you quit in any way before actually BEING in the fight. in my case, i got all the cannons, destroyed the generators, got the spatula next to the button, then hit the button. the cannon cutscene played and then the intro cutscene to the dutchman fight played. I had to do something so i quit during the cutscene so now i can't go back. i hit the button and nothing happens.

Hey, i just got all of the 80 socks but i wont get the achievement. Any ideas what i should do?

I've found 2 bugs. I set my controls to inverted for both vertical and horizontal camera. When I swap characters the camera goes back to the default. The other bug I found was while in Spongebob's Dream doing the follow the ball spatula. When paused I see in my progress for the stage that I have the spatula, but my golden spatula count never increased nor did it give me an animation for collecting the spatula and the spatula can still be seen floating in the air.

I had to exit map reload it and try for the spatula again and got it. Sorry to bother you with that one. Inverted controls is still an issue.

Had the same issue and would love a fix for other people, but in the meantime, I started a new file and got a spatula and a sock from Spongebob's house and the achievements triggered.

so i just loaded my save from when i last played and i was at the start of rock bottom and as soon as i moved close to mrs puff, it completed the mission for finding all 6 stolen art for the museum and it gave me the golden spatula even though i haven't found any of the art in the level.
