Help. Sound desynchronized during cutscenes

I just bought the game on this sale, played the tutorial and when tried story mode i had problems with the cutscenes

At first the screen was tearing and blurring, and the sound and dialogues were desynchronized
I tried to get the graphic quality dawn and it solved the screen problem ,but no matter what i try i can't get the sound to work properly

My PC specs:

CPU : AMD Atlhon 5150 1.6 ghz

Memory: 4GB Ram

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 8400 with shared VRAM ,but i read it have the capacity of a
512MB graphics card

DirectX 12

My system is Windows 10

Running some tests i discovered that the screen tearing was caused by letting the "Depht of Field" option On

As for the sound,it has to do with the resolution, higher the resolution higher the desync of the sound, but yet, even in the lowest resolution the delay CONTINUES
The lowest is 640x360/640x480.
At windowed mode It's to small of a screen to play ,and at full screen it's all jagged



Comparing my PC specs with the requierments, I have everything to run the game perfectly but the Ghz of the processor (sorry if my way of putting those technical terms is weird, i dont understand much about it)

The requierments says 2.0 to 2.4 ghz and my processor have 1.6

I have been able to run games that demanded more of the processor ,like Prince of Persia 2008, that required 2.6 ghz, the game played well without any problem but a lag here and there

Can be that (the ghz thing) the problem?

cap your monitor at 60hz it helped me with some animations desync idk if that works for audio too. GL

Thanks for the tip man, i tried that , but didn't worked , my monitor is alread only 60hz,
i cant't even change that
