Special effects bug

So I've only tried Zhen Ji and Wang Yuanji so far and both of these characters are bugged. When performing Yuanjis EX attack where the big blue daggers fly all around her they don't appear until after a few seconds of performing the attack and she's standing on the floor, they are supposed to come out midair. With Zhen it's similar but with her blue sound waves, they don't appear until after she's finished her attack.

Anyone have any idea what it is that's causing this? I know it's not my Computer as I have everyhing on max and it's running at 60fps constantly. I hope there's a fix for this or I'll be refunding the game.

Same issue as well, Liu Bei's musou attack particle effects are missing and some are delayed.

This is a huge issue, I've noticed this with several characters, not just the ones listed, actually most are missing any particle effects at all. Same thing for the controller issue, no matter what I've tried, controller works though 100% keyboard prompts throughout all screens of gameplay.

I managed to fix it by changing my screen hz to 60hz instead of 144.

Just tested this. Changing my monitor from 144Hz to 60hz has fixed this visual bug for me.
