Does it include the story mode from DW7?

I loved the presentation of 7's story. Just wanted to know if this came with that story mode from or is it only a copy of Xtreme Legends bundled with all its DLC?

AFAIK, the original version of DW7 had a story mode where you couldn't choose who you were going to play, so that it focused on the story. I think this was reverted in the XL edition of the game.

I bought the PS3 version of the original DW7 a few months ago, because I want that focus on the story (haven't played it yet, though). Will it be any different if I play the XL version here?

Hi guys, just a quick question here and this is based off my memories from years ago. Is this the very same Dynasty Warriors 7 that had that hexagon like map mode that a character would do to earn stuff and do missions? As well as the first Dynasty Warrior game that introduced the mechanic that allowed you to use any weapon you wanted rather than a particular one?
