there is incinerator in front of the entrance of the basement stairs, you need the battery to power it. you can destroy it there. after that, you wont believe this, there is a 2nd big foot / big entity.

just play the game. after you beat the first big guy, just keep maintaining the entities in their cell, the dolls will appear after a while. good luck!
