i cant play pacify!!!!im very jealous right now!!!!

Can someone help me?i cant run pacify because of these :

!) It always ask me to install microsoft visual c++ 2015.After i install and tried to run it,the game ask me to install it although i already install it.So its been 10 times i install and uninstall it.Im TIRED!!!

2) I tried to open the game through its local file and its said "The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-string-1-1-0.dll is missing.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".So i uninstall pacify and install it back.But it still the same(keep asking me to install microsoft visual c++ 2015).

Im confused of what to do now. Do i have only one problem or both problem above? Can anyone help me solved this.I want to play with my friends. (;

i would recommend uninstall steam then reinstall it
