We fed him like 7 poison chicken but nothing happens?
And btw the text says it is a female but the monster looks like a guy?

If she eat normal chickens the counter goes back up. Keep her away from any non-poison chickens. Also, if you read the notes (there are a ton) one says her hair turned white and fell out while putting on weight from non-stop feeding. So she is technically a she

U guys have to grab normal chikens faster than that farmer. If he eat a normal one, he get one heart again. If u want to know how many chickens are remaining press TAB

we've fed her 9 or 10, she seems to be healing herself eating the chickens running around, and we don't know how to stop her healing like that..

I wrote a guide for this, but you can just poison 3 of the chickens and toss them in the windmill and she won't get them, nor will they respawn. So there'll only be a single chicken on the map at any one time, so you grab it, poison it, then feed her. You will pm always have the chicken on you, so it's safe to do, cause once you feed her the poisoned one you run to the front yard and prepare to grab the newly spawned live one.
