Whimsical Quest is now "Free To Play!"

I've thought about turning my game into a free game for a little while now. I realize, looking back at the game, that there are many imperfections with Whimsical Quest, and while I did knowingly make it a little difficult to jump into - like the older games usually were - it does not really satisfy in the way I perhaps thought it would.

Also, I would like to make this game more accessible, so that other aspiring developers, or others that are just curious, can see what a game developed entirely by one person (sound, art, programming) can look like, and what errors one can often encounter. My biggest error was losing touch of the whole feel of the game. When you're stuck fiddling with details for hours on end, you forget the essential and fun parts of the game. You just end up in a sort of: "progress is good" vibe. And, what you can end up with is a game that lost its initial oomph, and turned into a mess of rather unmotivated features.

Currently, I am going to work on a VR title, and this time with another person! I'll be sure to update you guys here if I will get any close to an experimental look at that game. We want this title to be fun and easy to pick up with some "funny passport management."
