The Settlers : Rise of an Empire - History Edition is listed as being Unsupported on Steam Deck as per the Store Page listing, so I'm afraid it isn't possible to run.

Short of being literal modern day "Snake oil" salesmen; I don't see a community building positive in any variation.
I do hope I am not seeing a viewpoint here. I want to be wrong here. That I have taken time to believe Steam actually "cares" about it's client base.
