Prodeus is too damn easy
I just want to share my $0.02 about the nexus points, which I think are implemented quite poorly.

The way the nexus points currently function essentially removes any degree of challenge or difficulty from the game. I can literally just run through a level with complete disregard for my health because I know I'll just respawn at the last nexus point whenever I die with full health - and without losing any progress.

That seems completely broken to me; I do not understand the appeal of this system. I'm aware that I could restart the level every time I die but asking the user to curate their own difficulty is lame and not something the user should have to do.

What I'd really like to see is the nexus points function as regular checkpoints. If you die, all progress made after the last nexus point is reset. Hell, you could even have a limited number of lives available to beat the level. I'm aware that quick save/load is being added but perhaps that could be disabled in such a mode.

Anyways, that's all I have to say. To me, the nexus point system seems like a blight on an otherwise stellar game, but I have lost all interest to play it because of the fact that it presents literally no challenge. I truly hope to see this improved upon - Prodeus deserves it.
