Cross save issues

I originally played the game on Switch, got really far. Decided to get the PC/Xbox version. The save transferred to my PC just fine, got even further. Now I can't transfer the new save back to the switch version, so I have to retrace my steps on there now. Does anyone know how to make my save game move between two platforms?

I'm signed in with the same Pronet account on both platforms. Made a bio and changed the password to double check this. Also, campaign saves seem to be independent from Pronet accounts. I can play it without signing in, but when I do sign in, nothing changes.
