Good point. Why doesn't this game have head shot damage? At least with the 3D models turned on, it's entirely doable. It's another unnecessary retro feature that the devs decided to put into this game.

Pretty sure you can blow off zombie heads to kill them much faster.

You can blow off heads, but the damage taken from head shots is the same as body shots. I checked myself.

Ion Fury heavily rewards headshots.
Nightmare repeater does but its a rogue-lite thing so maybe not what you want.

Textbook misinformation. Headshot DMG does more DMG. Count pistol shots to kill for example lungers and shotgunners. Takes way more body shots to kill. Almost all enemies you can kill faster shooting the head than the body. Legs on some enemies also do more dmg.

He's lying. Guy didn't test squat, meanwhile I have, and a headshot dmg multiplier for most enemies is very noticable especially at maximum difficulty. Saves ammo and can drastically decrease kill times.

It does. One example that I use often is 3 pistol headshots on shotgunners vs 5-6 body shots on Ultra Hard. It can evd on quite drastic Ann savings and time savings. Besides a 2 bar charged shotgun will instakill hs shotgunners at any range and difficulty. A fully charged shotgun will instakill imps hs. Also the big monster dogs have drastic headshot weakness, shredders into the head will melt them.

Head shot damage exists in this game. You can some enemies by just using the regular shotgun fire if you aim for the head. all weapons have head shot damage to, not just specific ones.

I did test it and you're the one who's lying. I counted the # of head shots vs. body shots on those slapping/hitting guys and they were the same.
