It saves your overall progress on the world map when you select one of the save and quit options.
I don't understand...this game has overwhelmingly positive reviews, without a save feature?
Laughs in DOOM, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Distance, Unreal Tournament, Tetris Effect Connected, HUNTDOWN, DUSK, Starcraft 2, Celeste, Need for Speed 3.
You can do plenty in 10 minutes in those games.
What the hell? Is this bizarro world?
The guy saying 'WhO OnLy PlAyS fOr 30 MiNuTeS' must be jobless and without a family too I guess?
Christ almighty..
The fact of the matter is that the save system in this game *Objectively* sucks, it's known throughout the gaming community to suck, it's the cause for a lot of people being turned away and being disinterested whenever it's brought up in conversation across other socials/reddit etc. it's one of the biggest complaints that this game generally has had since launch.
And I mean, most importantly there's a reason these devs are sheepishly implementing a proper save system with the release of the next DLC. A little too little too late for me but I guess they reasoned that a *lot* of us where never going to buy or bother with the new paid DLC if they didn't address one of the biggest flaws first.. so kudus to them for finally listening I guess?
