if trying the various combinations of RC mapping doesnt work we would appreciate if you could please link exactly the model of USB dongle you're using.
and possibly try the betaflight method, in the meanwhile
i contents a "KSIM 4/8/All-in-one" USB Dongle.
(there are 4 options on it: XTR G2FM, G5-G7 Above (which i'm using), VRC, Phoenix RC)
asap (in a few weeks) we'll release a patch with the transmitter calibration that will solve your problem
