using quest 2 with link then playing through steamvr (not loading)

i launch the game on steam while using my quest2 + link and it just freezes and in my headset has me in a white room with loading screen

I recommend that you start the game from the Oculus library and avoid starting Steam, but above all do not start SteamVR. You will gain in performance, stability and precision in the controls.

Fixed, What i had todo was open my oculus menu while the game was frozen and click the steamvr icon on the panel then the game unfroze really weird that i had todo that just to fix it but it works perfectly now

I'm glad you fixed it, but I keep recommending that you don't launch the game through SteamVR.
Or you choose from Steam "start in Oculus mode" and make sure that SteamVR does not start
Or better yet, start the game from the Oculus Home library.

If you want, do the performance comparison and you will see how to have SteamVR closed, it improves the latency of the game itself and you can use it to improve image quality or fluidity.
