As AyatollahKarsten says, you can't really moan about an area you're not meant to be in anyway, but I can understand your impatience as the game is really cool and pretty groundbreaking IMO for skate games, so everything seems like ages to wait, but it is not really a cause to moan at the developers for me.
I am quite sure that due to the exposure I have seen for this game that the devs are aware of people breathing down their neck, so maybe find some other little fun games in the meantime and each time you return you might see a new feature. Honestly the last thing anyone really wants in the long run is hastily implemented features such as vert mechanics over a core of lovely smooth flatground skating
I could tell they definitely left out certain kinds of objects because they didn't have them implemented correctly yet. The first level is conspicuously level ground almost everywhere. I knew I was getting an unfinished product though when I bought it. Even as is, I'm addicted :P
that being said, the devs should focus on getting the basics working and than you can demand your content updates.
The game is on early access, people should know know by now what this means .
Vert is a very hard to code since you have to route your skater to get air and come back down safely without interfering with the flat ground physics, They need to trigger a different kind of character physics once the skater touches the halfpipe to ensure they dont jump away from the ramp and maybe a guided route in air to ensure the trucks wont ever hit the pipe when coming back down, Than you have to consider vert grinds and stalls to not interfere with the guided route when going up the halfpipe for a grind or stall.
BTW There are no guides for this and you have to figure it out by yourself on unity or UE4, But Dude thats a modded unofficial park.
Oh, you modded one, and now you are crying for the developers to drop everything they're doing to go make another physics engine so you can skate your quarterpipes? The stupidity.
Go for it...
Realistic vert is what you need.
