Honestly that makes me think they should have fixed the drop rates and not the 100% counter. They clearly count kills, they could implement a simple system to increase the drop rate of gold cards some small amount per kill until you get it (maybe with a cap of 10% drop rate change or 15%, something that should be easily obtainable even if you were unlucky enough to hit the cap). What the percent is now and how much it should increase per kill of course are tweekable, but honestly by 20 kills of the same boss you should be at cap. 400 is beyond stupid.

According to the company news post, this should be possible. I can't find any further documentation on this. Any ideas?
