Way to the milk molar on the power outlet?

Is there a parkour way to the milk molar high on the power outlet at the hedge, without the need to build a staircase?
Walking up the wire doesn't work, since the outlet cover prevents me from going further

You can go to the twig sticking out of the ground near the plug and build a few triangle scaffolding. Then you can parkour around the leaves and eventually use a dandelion tuft to glide to the molar.
