if you mean ziplines? you have to find a burgl chip over at the hedge lab i believe and give it to burgl

Rope gliding. lol I love that. For a second I thought "Oh crap they added gliders to the game? And not just the dandelion tuffs?" Now I am slightly disappointed. Also a grappling hook or a structure you could build similar to a ladder but instead a rope that drops down that you can climb up or down would be awesome.

Anyways, to answer your question, yeah as Padgey mentioned it's purchased through a BURGL chip you get from the Hedge lab (large bush in the South Eastern part of the map, has blueberries on it). Progress through there and you will find it at the end. Turn it into Burgle at the Oak Tree and you can buy the recipe for it. You'll need stuff like silk (spider webs) and some bee parts to make it just FYI.

You'll need a ton of silk ropes, so gather as many as you can carry from the hedge lab. Otherwise you'll have to go Orb Weaver hunting. The egg sacs are also a great place to get tough insect parts you'll need for tier 2 weapons, like stinkbug parts and ladybug heads.

you need EITHER stems or bee parts.
obviously stems is cheaper but getting them to a CERTAIN PLACE is a challenge. (technically possible tho, especially in singleplayer where you can savescum)
