Yeh that's not how cross platform updates work. The content can be tested completely on test servers, even closed cross platform, but the moment you actually release it on live platform level on release day to millions of players simultaneously, chances are somethings going to break.

Just take a breath, know they're working on it and actually they probably don't like this any more than we do, and be thankful they acknowledged it as quickly as they did.

that all said it would be nice for more than "we are aware of ____" and have maybe a little trickle of information since the issue occured. here we are what 5+ hours later and nothin

Love how all the things you listed are basically the exact same thing, Single player works fine if you can't handle bugs and crashes don't play games on the day it updates this should be common sense by now

Point is that you paid for the game, you would expect it to work. This is like buying a car, and finding out you can't drive it because of some stupid reason, and having someone like yourself saying 'stop crying, try again tomorrow'.

Yeh that much i do agree with, even just a "sorry all, we're still looking into it" update would be good at this point

I apologize for the frustration and understand how you all feel. There have been plenty of times I took time off to play a new game and run into a similar issue. It's a real bummer. As soon as we have more information we'll share it. The best place to stay up to date is follow the thread posted below.

@Obsidian Chris Are ya'll at least going to setup a beta so people can roll back to a working version on steam? As I was literally fine with multiplayer until I installed the update.
