does ant queens respawn in New game plus?

so if i killed the ant queen and then started a New game Plus, do the ant queens respawn?

Go to the hidden door, start from the tree in your back and cross the pond, you should find the REMIX;R

Wasp Queen on WOAH is an actual anger management lesson. I have managed to beat the IBM on WOAH and still not the Wasp Queen on it. Those constant ads spawning every few seconds healing and body blocking for the queen is so infuriating lol

Hang on hang on, thought IBM required pieces from all bosses, including the Wasp Queen, to summon it. How have you fought IBM and not killed Wasp Queen?

I have never even been in the Wasp Queen's court before, let alone fought her. I just can't get up to the top of the Brawny Boy Bin.

You don't need to. If you've had the cutscene an opening will appear on the bottom. There's no way in from the top
